Welcome!
If you have found my page you are probably looking for somebody to work with one of your loved ones. My name is Lindsay MacFarlane and I have been working with children and teenagers with special needs for the past seven years...and I have loved most moments of it!
I am currently completing my Bachelor of General Studies through Thompson River University, distance education. I have divided my studies into two main areas of focus: English and Psychology; to be even more specific, I have completed most of my courses in Shakespeare and Child Psychology.
Outside of school and work I have really begun to learn how much I value being able to be creative. I love to bake cakes and cupcakes and have even catered some weddings and events! In addition to this, I spend a lot of time crafting (making jewelry, making hair accessories and fasteners, making personalized stationery, and other DIY crafts), reading, and listening to music. My favorite childhood memories involve camping with my family, playing with my "Skip-It", hula-hooping, and blowing bubbles!
All the best,
Lindsay
